Responsibilities + Directly report to the PROGs Central Rework (PCR) Supervisors. + Ensures circuit boards are applied with the specified rework soldering job types. + Ensures the use of proper tools and equipment in the execution of rework processes. + Interprets rework soldering Engineering Change Order (ECO) through related databases. + Collaborated with Team Leader & team members in the conduct of the various rework and soldering processes. + Meet the group's and individual's operational goals and deliverables. Basic Qualifications & Skills + Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma in Electronics, BS in Industrial Technology major in Electronics, or any related course. + Having extensive soldering experience is an advantage (at least 1 year). + Strong soldering concepts and skills for Printed Circuit Boards, Surface Mounted Technology (SMT) and Through-Hole Components. + Must have good manual dexterity in order to perform mechanical assembly and soldering operations. + Experience in machine operations and knowledgeable in handling Electrostatic Device (ESD) sensitive devices. + Proficient in computer operation, MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio, etc), and familiarity with internet-based program navigation, with ability to generate and interpret computer data. + Ability to handle multi-tasking in a LEAN Production Environment. + Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
