**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Assembler with 1+ year of assembly experience to join our team. You will be responsible for assembling light fixtures for various clients including museums, hotels, and VIP homes. You will work at a designated workbench alongside three team members, assembling different product variations each day. All tools and materials will be provided at your workbench. You will perform 5-10 steps on each product before passing it along the assembly line. The final assembler will palletize the products for the warehouse team to wrap, store, and ship. **Hard Skills** + 1+ year of assembly experience + Experience with hand tools such as calipers and micrometers + Experience assembling with a blueprint or following work instructions **Soft Skills** + Attention to detail + Team collaboration + Safety awareness **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in San Antonio, Texas. **Work Environment** Climate-controlled environment, both in winter and summer. Industrial setting with approximately 10 workstations, working in a line with 3-4 others, and a medium-sized warehouse. The environment is completely enclosed except for two open shipping receiving doors on the far side of the warehouse floor. Standing 100% of the time is required.
