**Job Title: Assembly Technician** **Job Description** This position involves the installation of grab rails, seats, panels, doors, speed loads, and sanding of floors. Additionally, you will assist with the installation of equipment hangers, drawer catches, and support other departmental employees while adhering to the production schedule and maintaining high product quality. **Responsibilities** + Install grab rails, seats, panels, doors, speed loads, and sand floors. + Assist with the installation of equipment hangers and drawer catches. + Support other departmental employees as needed. + Cut laminate according to work orders and blueprints for cabinets. + Correctly measure and saw materials. + Prepare boards for builders to assemble cabinets. + Adhere to the production schedule while maintaining a quality product. **Essential Skills** + 6+ months of manufacturing experience. + Ability to read a tape measure. + Experience with hand and power tools. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical aptitude. + Experience with hand tools and power tools. + Knowledge of electrical assembly and welding (MIG) is a plus but not a must have. + Experience with CNC machine operation and production line work is a plus but not a must have. **Why Work Here?** As an employee-owned company, you will receive bonuses and shares based on company performance. Third shift positions: 8pm to 6am, Mon-Thurs. The plant has 185 people in total, with about 5 currently on the third shift. The dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, and a t-shirt, with additional safety gear provided by the company. The clean and organized shop environment is laid out to show the entire ambulance manufacturing process from start to finish. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
