**Now Hiring: Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Mezzanine-A Mat Assembler. The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements: Proficiency in reading a ruler, physical stamina to stand for up to 8 hours a day, high attention to detail, ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds, and manual dexterity. Candidates must also be able to read and understand written English. Crafting skills are a plus as individuals with a hobby in crafting tend to excel in this role. **Responsibilities** + Read and interpret measurements accurately. + Stand for up to 8 hours a day while performing tasks. + Maintain a high level of precision and accuracy in all tasks. + Regularly lift up to 25 pounds. + Produce between 300 to 500 mats per day once proficient. + Perform all tasks manually with attention to detail. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in reading a ruler. + Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods. + Attention to detail. + Physical strength to lift up to 25 pounds. + Ability to read and understand written English. + Manual dexterity. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Crafting skills are beneficial. + Experience in production, assembly, packaging, and general production. + Ability to work with a tape measure, ruler, and matt cutter. **Why Work Here?** For over 25 years, we have been handcrafting superior quality custom-embossed diploma and certificate frames.
