**Light Industrial Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated individuals to assemble food manufacturing equipment by hand using air and hand tools. This role involves mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and testing of parts in the roller grill department. Candidates will ensure their line meets production targets and may need to work overtime as required. **Responsibilities** + Assemble food manufacturing equipment using air and hand tools. + Use screwdrivers, drills, tape measures, and other tools. + Handle parts weighing up to 30 lbs, with most parts being 10 lbs or less. + Perform mechanical assembly of small-scale products for shipment. + Conduct electrical wiring and testing of parts in the roller grill department. + Ensure production line meets required output targets. + Work overtime if necessary. **Essential Skills** + Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred. + Proficiency with hand and power tools including drills, screwdrivers, crimpers, and pliers. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted. + Experience with CNC laser, CNC mill, press brake, spot welding, and reading blueprints or schematics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Blueprint reading experience is advantageous, especially for roller grill and higher assembly lines. + Previous assembly experience. + Experience with brake press operations. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-oriented company that values its employees and offers excellent benefits, including health insurance, vacation time, and a 401k match.
