**Description** Medical device - Catheter - assembly Using small hand tools such as tweezers and razors Adheres to all Quality Policies and Systems of the Company Maintains accurate records, including Lot History Records (LHR), and adheres to all GMP/GDP policies Must be able to process small parts under a microscope Able to flex and rotate to other stations as necessary Follows and adheres to 5S principles and goals Stations include: Catheter line: Cutting and trimming of catheter Machine operation of balloon blowing machines for balloon in catheter. Working with plastic tubing and guidewires/sheath to align and layer under the microscope. UV Curing and hot box. Packaging Line: Working with ovens and fridge to make hydrogel Package in plastic packaging and adding hydrogel into catheter. **Skills** assembly, Microscope, Hand Tool, Gmp, Cleanroom, production, Catheter, Medical device **Top Skills Details** assembly,Microscope,Hand Tool,Gmp,Cleanroom **Additional Skills & Qualifications** Catheter medical device assembly or medical device packaging experience Microscope working with small parts such as catheter tubes or stents Excellent written and verbal communication to complete the LHR or other documents. Also must be able to communicate to the FDA is they were to question them. Must be able to work in a Controlled Environment Room Must have good hand‐eye coordination Must have good verbal and written communication skills Demonstrates reading, writing, and math & inventory control skills (with respect to accuracy and counts).
