Job Description
We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team in the manufacturing of medical devices, including catheter assembly under a microscope. The ideal candidate will follow and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, Line Clearance, Work Instructions, assembly methods, product handling methods, production drawings, Good Documentation Practices, current Good Manufacturing Practices, and Safety requirements.
ResponsibilitiesSuccessfully complete training on production tasks.Understand travelers/routers, how to identify materials, use a microscope, and use production/inspection tools and equipment needed for product builds.Operate tools and equipment, and complete documentation as required.Perform equipment set-up, operation, and in-process inspection to accomplish assigned tasks.Work directly with Engineers/Supervisors to ensure product integrity and quality are met at all times.Collaborate with Engineers to develop process documentation.Perform inventory counts.Receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.Other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsExperience with microscope assembly and catheter assembly.Proficiency in inspection techniques.Strong communication skills.Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Line Clearance.Experience working with adhesives (e.g., different types of Loctite).Familiarity with EFD dispensers and UV curing systems.Experience in cleanroom production environments.Additional Skills & QualificationsMinimum of 3-5 years of medical device assembly and production or small electronics experience.Hands-on experience in manufacturing/production environments or prototyping experience.Experience in manufacturing catheter products is a plus.Use of required safety equipment when performing lab work.Prior microscope and medical assembly experience.Prior cleanroom experience.Ability to understand and perform in-process inspections to assure workmanship and quality of in-process medical devices.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This position operates on the first shift from 5:50 am - 2:20 pm or 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. The work is performed in a full cleanroom environment, where no makeup, perfume, cologne, nail polish, acrylics, or lash extensions are allowed.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00
