Job Title: Assembler (Entry Level)

Job Description

Candidates will support the assembly and material handling teams in production and product packaging. They will use hand and power tools to perform assemblies on an assembly line and follow work procedures to complete builds. Additionally, candidates will be trained on shipping and receiving, learning skills to support the warehouse and materials team responsible for shipping inventory and supplying materials to the production team.

Candidates will have the opportunity to go permanent between 5-11 months. The facility is state-of-the-art, and candidates will learn a variety of skills across the warehouse and assembly sides of the business. Permanent hires can climb tiers, grow their experience, and increase their pay rates.

Work Environment

1st shift from 6:15am to 2:45pm.

This is a Contract to hire position based out of Westborough, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00
