**Job Title: Assembler**
**Job Description**
We are seeking 6 dedicated Production Associates to join our team, with positions available on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. The successful candidates will work on the production floor, pulling parts off machines, de-gating parts (cutting off gates from molds/parts), and packing parts ready for shipment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Pull parts off machines on the production floor.
+ De-gate parts by cutting off gates from the molds/parts.
+ Pack parts and prepare them for shipment.
**Essential Skills**
+ Attention to detail and good manual dexterity.
+ Ability to work in a repetitive, task-oriented role for 8 hours a day for up to 8 weeks.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Some manufacturing experience is a plus, but not necessary.
+ Experience in line cook or food preparation roles translates well to this position.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a clean, organized, and well-lit production floor in the Assembly department. The schedule includes training directly on the assigned shift, with a mandatory first-day orientation on 1st shift from 8:00am-12:00pm. Temporary assignments will have an abbreviated orientation. The working hours are as follows: 1st shift: 7:00am-3:30pm, 2nd shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm, and 3rd shift: 11:00pm-7:30am, Monday through Friday.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Torrington, Connecticut.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.55

**Workplace Type**
