**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Assembler to join our team on the 3rd shift. This is a full-time, long-term position in the manufacturing sector, producing carpeted products for the automotive industry. Training will be provided on the 1st shift for one week. **Responsibilities** + Load and unload materials and assemblies into presses. + Perform inspection of products. + Produce formed and trimmed products. + Handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs. + Consistently work 10-hour days and be available for overtime and weekends as needed. **Essential Skills** + Stable work history (at least 1-2 years at previous jobs). + Reliable attendance (punctuality and minimal call-ins). + Willingness to work overtime and weekends. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Must be at least 18 years old. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in manufacturing and production. + Skills in inspection, loading, trimming, and unloading. + Ability to work in a high-production environment. **Why Work Here?** Our company is one of the most stable employers in Port Huron. The atmosphere can be loud, and you will be standing at presses, loading and unloading materials, and inspecting parts. Training will be provided on the job, with initial pairing with experienced employees. Candidates can expect to learn multiple roles within the first week. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Port Huron, Michigan. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30000.00 - $30000.00/yr. No interview, GTW Candidate will start with HR. Will likely start with a group of 3-5 new hires. They will be explained break times, safety, and what line they will be starting with.
