We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Mechanical and Electrical Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team in Broomfield, Colorado. What You'll Do: + Assemble components, sub-assemblies, and major components using mechanical and electrical techniques. + Perform a variety of assemblies and execute basic computer functions. + Contribute to the manufacturing of air pressurization equipment. + Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and sockets. + Work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment, standing for the entire shift. Must-Have Skills: + Experience with hand tools in a manufacturing environment. + 1+ year of production or assembly experience. + Mechanical and electrical assembly skills. + High School Diploma/GED equivalent. + Mechanical aptitude. Nice-to-Have Skills: + Knowledge of brazing and refrigeration. + Ability to troubleshoot issues with refrigeration components. + Familiarity with schematics and hydraulics. Additionally, you will be eligible for a 4-year degree or master's (in an eligible field) from the University of Alabama Birmingham after 2 years of completion. + Career Growth: After going permanent, you will have a review every 6 months and will receive a pay increase every 6 months for the first 4 years. + Work Environment: Enjoy a modified schedule after training (3 months) with voluntary overtime available.
