Start your new career as an Assembler with our client in Peachtree City, GA. As an Assembler you will be responsible for testing, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing equipment systems, including hydraulics, engines, and electrical components. Duties include inspecting equipment, performing pre-delivery inspections, installing attachments, and managing shipping documentation.
What We Offer: Pay of $18 First Shift | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Opportunities for career growth Health Benefits 401k Opportunity for Advancement What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of related experience or training Strong customer service orientation with a focus on quality Proven experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical equipment, such as automotive systems Heavy equipment industry experience preferred Hands-on mechanical aptitude with a proactive, self-motivated approach Ability to independently execute work assignments with minimal supervision Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality Problem-solving skills with the ability to generate new concepts and ideas Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions What You’ll Do as an Assembler: Test components and systems, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing equipment such as hydraulic, engine, and electrical systems Inspect equipment and painted surfaces to identify minor damage or missing components Properly use torque wrenches and electric tools, ensuring safe operation Document PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) results accurately on the PDI inspection sheet Use hand tools to install attachments, including buckets, thumbs, and couplers Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and knowledge of hydraulic systems Manage inbound and outbound shipping and receiving paperwork for machines and attachments Work safely, wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE), participating in safety discussions, and addressing unsafe conditions promptly Follow standardized work procedures, perform quality checks during and after operations, accept feedback on defects, and participate in developing corrective actions. Notify the Group Leader of any abnormalities
