Job Title: Assembly A - Tubes Job Code: 21298 Job Location: Tempe, AZ Job Schedule: Compressed shift 1B Job Description: Tube Assembly operators perform day to day production activities by using most current procedures to maintain production schedules. Essential Functions: + Wear required PPE to fullfill shift duties: smock, hairnet, gloves, facemask, and safety glasses + Use hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble products using detailed documented procedures + Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality + Perform visual checks of product to assure quality + Identify non-conforming parts following documented procedures + Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products Qualifications: + HS Diploma or equivalent with 0-3 years prior experience Preferred Additional Skills: + Ability to move 3-5 lbs. and complete repeat tasks + Must be able to remain stationary for long periods of time + High level of attention to detail + Good historical attendance record with minimal unscheduled call offs + Self-driven to complete goals and tasks as require + Ability to work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals + Must have strong problem solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility + Must have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email) + Good written and verbal communication skills + Ability to read drawings/blueprints/work instructions #LI-Onsite L3Harris Technologies is proud to be an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
