Position: Assembler

Location: Farmingdale, Long Island, New York

Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our growing manufacturing team in Farmingdale, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling metal cabinets and various products, following precise assembly instructions, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Count and organize parts, including nuts, screws, bolts, and other components for assemblyAssemble metal cabinets following detailed instructionsUse hand and power tools to ensure proper assemblyStack and organize completed cabinets efficientlyEnsure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean work areaPerform basic quality checks on finished products

Required Skills:

Experience with hand and power toolsAbility to follow assembly instructions accuratelyStrong attention to detailGood organizational skillsAbility to work well in a team environment

Preferred Skills:

Experience in assembly or manufacturing environment is a plusFamiliarity with kitting and part organization

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 40 lbsAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
