Description: Are you ready to take your skills to the next level? We're seeking a talented RF Microwave Hybrid Assembly Technician to perform fabrication and modification tasks on mid-range to highly complex RF microwave hybrid modules and sub-assemblies. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for precision, this is the role for you! Key Duties: + Fabrication and Modification: Perform tasks on RF microwave hybrid modules and sub-assemblies, including installing connectors, substrates, components, and modules using paste and sheet epoxies. + Assembly and Repair: Disassemble, assemble, modify, rework, and repair pre-production subassemblies, assemblies, and complete systems utilizing integrated circuit technology. + Troubleshooting: Isolate problem areas from test failure sheets and perform necessary repairs. + Work Planning: Plan work sequences to meet schedule requirements. + Quality Assurance: Use measurement equipment (e.g., reticle, drop indicator) to check parameters and ensure units conform to specifications. + Collaboration: Work with Manufacturing and Quality Engineering to develop procedures and troubleshoot products. + Independence: Work independently with minimal supervision. Basic Qualifications: + Must hold or previously held a U.S. Government Security Clearance + Experience: Previous experience in electronics/microelectronics assembly. + Microscope Skills: Ability to work 10 hours under a microscope and use hand tools like torque drivers and tweezers. + Technical Reading: Ability to read and work from detailed process sheets and drawings. + Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computers to retrieve drawings, work instructions, and input data. + Team Environment: Ability to work in a diverse team environment with good interpersonal, teaming, and communication skills. Education: High School Diploma required. Desired Skills: + Controlled Environment: Familiarity with working in an ESD and FOD controlled environment. + Mechanical Assembly: Experience in mechanical assembly processes of small electronic devices. + Military Products: Experience working on military products in ISO 9001 / AS9100 controlled environments. + Independence: Ability to work with minimal supervision. + Soldering: Experience soldering components to printed wiring boards in accordance with J-STD-001.
