As an Assembler, you will join the team responsible for crafting dozens of creative and award-winning faucet designs. In this hands-on job you’ll learn to use power tools, calibration machines and complex quality testers to assemble our products in this role. People that like to work fast and wear many hats thrive as an Assembler. Being reliable with our attendance expectations is required, as is flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Essential job functions include but are not limited to:Utilizing hand tools and equipment to build sub-assembly pieces or finished products from start to finishRotating throughout multiple areas of the assembly department to produce many different product linesReading product blueprints and supplying production lines with necessary parts by pulling the required pieces from shipping racksParticipating in team meetings and staying dedicated to continuously improving our work processesFocusing on quality control by detecting and reporting defective materials or equipment issuesMeeting customer delivery targets by maintaining a high production rate and assembly station timeCleaning the work area and production equipmentFostering a safe working environment for yourself and your teammatesStrong communication skills and an interest in working in a fast paced environmentPrevious manufacturing experience is helpful but not required - we're prepared to teach you the fundamentals of the role, which makes this a perfect starting point to launch your career. Physical requirements of the position:Frequently push, or pull up to 20 lbs.
