Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment – OJT or formal classroom training Contractor interview expectations: 1. Video capability is a requirement. No video, no interview. Candidates must access Webex (download if necessary) and ensure working prior to interview. 2. Arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the interview time slot and be ready to start. This will allow the candidate time to work out any technical/connection issues. 3. Reschedule of interviews are not permitted unless communication has been sent an hour prior to scheduled interview time. ONLY 1 RESCHEDULE WILL BE GRANTED! 4. Review résumé and provide accurate information (dates, employer names, and job duties) prior to interview. 5. Although this is a virtual interview, please exercise professional courtesy and etiquette. DAJX Deviation Approval Rules 1. To Start Assignment: Must have a negative drug screen and all onboarding paperwork completed by Friday prior to start date 2. Training Period: All remaining screening must be completed and cleared before the end of the training period or the contractor cannot move to the floor. Supplier must notify CLA when screening is complete. 3. Suspension: Contractors who have not completed screening by the end of the training period will be suspended from work until screening is complete; upon clearance, they may return to their regular shift 4. Disqualification: Contractors who do not meet contingency requirements or who do not complete screening in a timely manner will be removed from assignment. Successful completion and clearance of all screening requirements is a contingency for this assignment.f Regular and predictable attendance is required 9-10 week's of training Ability to work a variable shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) Report to work instructions after obtaining badge: Contractor will badge the Thursday before their Friday start date.
