Job Description:
L3Harris is seeking an Aseembler to join our team. This person will contribute to the company’s success by performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on printed circuit boards, sub-assemblies, or end products. This role is responsible for performing hand soldering on electronic assemblies.
Essential Functions:
+ Performs hand soldering on electronic assemblies
+ Follows an engineered assembly process
+ Maintains consistent quality and productivity levels
+ Train and mentor other assemblers when required
+ Working in multi-functional teams
+ Touch up and Rework of electronics boards
Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years prior experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 2 years prior experience
+ Experience in Assembly
Preferred Additional Skills:
+ Mechanical background
+ Harris product knowledge
+ Microsoft Office programs experience
+ IPC 7711 certification
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont, Washington State and New York State is $35,780-$66,500.This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
