See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality:** **Grade: 4** Position Overview: The Assembler/ Fitter/ Installer will perform a wide variety of tasks in a large yacht manufacturing facility. Assembly tasks performed may include gunking, glassing, assembling, fitting and installing. **At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.** Essential Functions: + Responsible for installing cabinets, floors, cockpits, benches and any other installation tasks as assigned + Install the front of the line interior work with emphasis on the final finish elements and cosmetic aspects of the boat + Performs other duties as assigned. **Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. The pay range for this position is $20.80 to $24.00, hourly. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus or short-term incentive program. This position is also eligible for an award target as part of Brunswick’s long-term incentive program.
