Role Description:
Fabricate and assemble parts, pieces, and products using various tools and equipment.
Emphasis on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Monday – Thursday
1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
2nd Shift: 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assemble Engine and Powertrain Components: Obtain incoming components and assemble products according to process instructions, performing all necessary gauge verifications.Quality and Productivity: Perform duties to maintain quality and productivity standards.Support Team Objectives: Replace or assist others as needed to meet uptime objectives.Team Participation: Actively participate in the work group and business team.Continuous Improvement: Strive for continual improvement and focus on process optimization.Guidance and Training: Instruct, assist, and direct others as required.Compliance: Ensure compliance with process instructions, PFMEA, and Control Plans; notify group leader of any deviations.Accountability: Accept accountability for achieving goals and planning strategies.
