As an Assembler II at IGT, you will play a vital role in the production of world-class electronic gaming machines, ensuring precision and quality at every stage of the assembly process. This dynamic position involves performing detailed assembly tasks, troubleshooting errors, and adhering to strict quality standards to maintain seamless production operations. Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment that values collaboration and excellence, you will be instrumental in transforming innovative designs into high-quality finished products. Your contributions will directly support IGT’s mission to deliver reliable and cutting-edge gaming solutions to customers worldwide.
 

Perform hands-on assembly tasks to build high-quality electronic gaming machines in alignment with production goals. Operate within well-defined production line procedures, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Follow detailed manufacturing process documentation to ensure consistency and precision in assembly work. Utilize hand and power tools effectively to complete assembly tasks. Inspect assemblies for errors, promptly detecting and correcting issues to maintain quality standards. Identify deviations from standard procedures and report them to the appropriate personnel. Accurately document the completion of each production process step to maintain thorough records. Escalate non-routine or complex issues to senior team members or supervisors for resolution. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Must be at least 18 years old. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. safely and consistently throughout entirety of shift. Proficient in the use of hand and power tools. Skilled in using computers for day-to-day tasks. Works effectively in a team-oriented environment. Ability to manage time efficiently in meeting production deadlines. Adherence to workplace safety protocols and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe work environment. Availability to work a swing shift schedule of 2:30pm to 11:00pm with consistent, reliable attendance. At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation for this position is $19/hr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
