Job Description

Are you a hands-on problem solver with an eye for detail? As an Assembler I, you’ll play a crucial role in bringing our products to life. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team, turning component parts into finished products that meet our customers’ exact specifications.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Work Area Setup:

Prepare and organize the work area for efficient assembly.

Assembly:

Fit parts together according to prescribed instructions and quality standards.Operate hand tools as needed during the assembly process.

Product Handling:

Stack completed products following established procedures.If required, cover, label, and band finished components.

Safety and Cleanliness:

Ensure a safe and organized work environment.Verify equipment safety before operation.Complete pre-shift equipment inspection checklist and report any issues.Maintain cleanliness and orderliness.

Record Keeping:

Maintain production records as necessary.

Quality Control:

Inspect materials and finished products to ensure compliance with standards.

Adherence to Procedures:

Perform duties in line with safety, quality procedures, and standards.

Participation:

Engage in safety, Continuous Improvement (CI), and other relevant programs and meetings.

Additional Duties:

Fulfill any other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED preferred (but not required).No minimum experience necessary, although 6 months of manufacturing and assembly experience is preferred.Basic math skills are essential.Must be at least 18 years old.
