Assembler - Level 2

Produce high quality products and services for our\ncustomers. You will assemble and inspect product to ensure the highest quality\nproduct is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area,\nto ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and\nmonitor the production of products in your area and participate in the\ncontinuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and\nquality improvements.

Pay: $18 - $20/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7am to 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities

Operate\n assigned equipment.Participate\n in continuous improvement activities.Support\n the Honeywell Operating SystemMaintain\n work area for operation and cleanlinessComply\n with all safety rules.Record\n and report production data.Analyze\n data and production reportsSet\n up and change over equipment

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

You Must Have

• Must have eyesight correctable to 20 – 20 vision and not\ncolor-blind
• Must be able to use and inspect product under a microscope. 
• Use of hand tools such as tweezers, Swiss oiler, wire\ncutters, allen wrench. X-acto knife, needle-nose pliers, etc.
• Able to speak, read and write in English

• Use of measuring and inspection tools such as calipers, resistance meter, and\nother electrical equipment is desirable 
• Previous experience in electro-mechanical assembly such as wiring and\nsoldering and knowledge of electronics and/or electronic testing is\ndesirable 
• Good hand eye coordination 
• Extensive concentration level and attention to detail 
• Ability to work with very fine wire (threadlike) and small precision parts.   
• Experience working in a team environment 
• Basic computer skills – able to navigate 
• Capable of reading digital read out on a\nmeter 
• Willingness to learn multiple\nmanufacturing processes and flex where volume dictates 
• Ability to partner with other and work independently 
• Ability to convey information clearly
