As an Assembler Level 2 here at Honeywell Industrial Automation, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and production of our high-quality products. Leveraging your technical skills and attention to detail, you will be responsible for assembling components, performing quality checks, and ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our production operations and customer satisfaction.

You will report directly to our Production Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Columbus, Ohio location.

In this role, you will contribute to the assembly and production of our products, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Your dedication to excellence and commitment to teamwork will be essential in achieving our production goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\n\nPerform assembly tasks according to production schedules and work instructions\nInspect and test components and finished products to ensure quality standards are met\nTroubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise\nMaintain a clean and organized work area\nFollow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures\n\n

YOU MUST HAVE

\n\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent\n2+ years of experience in assembly or manufacturing\nStrong manual dexterity and ability to use hand and power tools\nBasic knowledge of assembly techniques and processes\n\n

WE VALUE

\n\nExperience in electrical or mechanical assembly\nFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing principles\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications\nExcellent attention to detail and quality orientation\n\n
