You will be responsible for overseeing the processing of returned products, ensuring efficient and accurate handling, and maintaining high-quality standards. Your strong leadership skills and attention to detail will be essential in driving productivity, meeting customer requirements, and achieving operational goals. You will report directly to our 2nd Shift Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Cartersville, GA location on a 2nd shift schedule.
In this role, you will have a direct impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our RMA operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that returned products are processed in a timely manner, meeting customer expectations and minimizing downtime. Your ability to lead and motivate a team, implement process improvements, and maintain quality standards will contribute to the overall success of our RMA operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and supervise the RMA line operations, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of returned products
• Monitor and maintain productivity levels, ensuring that daily targets are met
• Train and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues or challenges related to RMA processing
• Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and quality in the RMA operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
