Assembler - Level 4 -2nd Shift

As an Assembler Level 4 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for assembling and testing various components and products. You will work with a team of skilled professionals to ensure the highest quality standards are met. This role requires attention to detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you'll work out of our Freeport, Illinois location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing processes, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will play a crucial role in meeting production targets and delivering products to our customers on time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assemble and test components and products according to specifications and quality standards. • Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly process.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

The annual base salary range for this position is <$43,700 - $mid $54,600>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
