Assembler - Level 4 - *Must have Electronics experience

As an Assembler Level 4 here at Honeywell Industrial\nAutomation, you will be responsible for assembling and testing various\ncomponents and products in accordance with engineering drawings, work\ninstructions, and quality standards. You will play a critical role in ensuring\nthe quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes. You will report\ndirectly to our Production Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Columbus, OH\nlocation. In this role, you will impact the production process by ensuring the\ntimely and accurate assembly of products, contributing to the overall success\nof our manufacturing operations.

 

1st shift  (7:15am- 3:45pm)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 
• Assemble and test components and products according to\nengineering drawings and work instructions
• Inspect and verify the quality of assembled products to\nensure they meet the required standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects in the\nassembly process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve\nmanufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and\norganized work area

YOU MUST HAVE

2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (group of 4)
Previous experience in electronics assembly or manufacturing
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
Effective communication
Experience with RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action) reporting

Experience with electrical or mechanical assembly
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Strong problem-solving skills
