**Job Title: Assembler Nights** **Job Description** Join our team as an Assembler to assist in shell & tube exchangers at a leading Heat Exchange company. We are looking for a skilled individual with extensive experience in manufacturing and production, particularly with heat exchangers and pressure vessels. **Responsibilities** + Assemble mechanical components for shell & tube exchangers. + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and tape measures. + Utilize hand and power tools for mechanical assembly. + Operate overhead pulleys to push, pull, and roll tubes. + Ensure precision in assembly by using calipers and other measuring tools. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of manufacturing/production experience. + Experience with heat exchangers and pressure vessels. + Proficiency with hand and power tools. + Ability to read and use blueprints and schematics. + Experience with overhead pulley systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Vessel/Industrial assembly experience. + Strong mechanical aptitude. + Willingness to work extended hours. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers excellent tenure, with current employees averaging over 15 years. The majority of employees have long tenure, and our aging workforce is eager to share knowledge. The dress code includes steel toes, jeans, work shirts, and safety glasses. The night shift runs Monday to Friday from 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM, with occasional Saturdays as needed. Plan on working around 60 hours a week. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beaumont, Texas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
