**Job Title: Assembler/Packager** **Job Description** As an assembler, you will be responsible for assembling different subassembly systems for trolling motors, down riggers, and stationary anchors. This involves using various hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools according to the directions provided. You will also perform visual inspections of all products to ensure they are assembled correctly and conduct quality checks. As a packager, you will package the finished motors into boxes, insert styrofoam into the boxes, tape and label the boxes with stickers and information, and palletize the finalized product.
