Job Description:

Location: West Brookfield, Massachusetts

CoWorx Staffing is seeking Assembler / Production Associate candidates for our client in the West Brookfield area.

Responsibilities:

Worker picks up thin coil copper bars of varying lengths (approx. 30lbs) with a partner (due to the length) and transports them from the storage area to the bending machine.
Places copper bars in the bending machine with preset bending requirements and presses the button to begin the bending process.
After the bending process is completed, worker transports the bent bar to a rack.
Worker may use plastic insulating strips to precisely place on the copper bars before stacking them together.
Bars are sent into the oven for heating, which locks them together like a package (worker does not operate the oven).

Desired Background/Skills:

Previous manufacturing experience is highly desired for these roles
Team player
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift throughout entirety of shift
Stable work history

Other Information:

Temp to hire
Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm
One 30-minute unpaid meal break (12-12:30) and two 10-minute paid breaks (9-9:10 and 2-2:10)
