Assembler - Weekly Pay
**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** As an Assembler, you will be responsible for frame assembly, material picking and sorting, and quality check and packaging. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to assembly standards and procedures. **Responsibilities** + Frame Assembly (60%): + Prep: Refer to work order and prepare assembly area with correct frames, hardware, and hangers. + Assembly: Verify that all materials match the work order and assemble accordingly. Follow frame assembly SOP. + Palletizing: Palletize all frames, cross rails, and hardware, ensuring all materials specified on the work order are accounted for. + Material Picking & Sorting (20%): + Material Selection: Interpret work orders, technical drawings, and blueprints to identify the correct materials needed for assembly, including gage thickness, frame flange width, frame length, and quantities. Select appropriate materials from inventory to fulfill production requirements. + Quality Check and Packaging (20%): + Pre-Packaging Inspection: Perform a secondary inspection of palletized orders, verify correct materials were used, and all parts are accounted for. Identify any issues or variances and communicate with the team lead or manager. + Packaging: Package all orders according to Assembly SOP. Record all necessary shipping information on work orders. Band, wrap, and label pallets according to quality standards. + Photos: Take photos of all finished pallets ensuring as many, if not all, parts are clearly visible. Load photos into the proper folder on Monday. **Essential Skills** + Ability to lift 50+ pounds repetitively + Reliable, dependable, and punctual attendance + Experience in production or manufacturing with large parts **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED is preferred + Experience with labor, assembly, lifting, production, general labor, tape measure, machine operation, forklift, press, and shear **Why Work Here?** Our company has been an inspiring place to work since 1956, founded on 9 Principles of Business that we live out as company values. Slightly dirty environment. Must wear steel-toed shoes on day one, jeans, and a long-sleeved shirt for winter. Shift is from 6 am to 3 pm, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch. If production goals are met, early leave is allowed with full pay. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Arizona. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
