Job details 1st Shift assembler for warehouse

Understands and follows Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), standard
operating procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI) and Production Orders (POP)
? Assembles product, packages products in pouches, cartons and shipper boxes.
? Performs assembly and packaging operations with a quality focus and meets ... production requirements
? Performs general clean up tasks including workstation and equipment cleaning,
sweeping/mopping of work areas, removal of trash and basic housekeeping
? Works in a professional manner and contributes to team effort by accomplishing
related results as needed
? Maintains a safe working environment by complying with procedures and
regulations
? Able to work different shifts, split shifts, weekends, and overtime when necessary
? Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Responsibilities:
Mechanical assembly of extrusion frames.
Minimal electro-mechanical assembly using proper grounding techniques.
Following work instructions, perform repetitive assembly operations.
Produce quality work to specified time standards.
Execute in-process checks using visual inspection and check lists.
Possess an aptitude for cross functional training to reduce takt time.
Utilize a variety of hand tools such as screw drivers, hex keys, drills, saws, tape measures and fixtures.
Coordinating with teammates participate in manually integrating large subassemblies to complete a final assembly.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:
Some manufacturing experienced desired
Proficient in reading and measuring using a tape measure.
Operate hand pallet jacks to move material within plant.
Able to lift, squat, bend, reach, and stand as work requires.

High School
