Job Description:

Tube Assembly operators perform day to day production activities by using most current procedures to maintain production schedules.

Essential Functions:

Work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to cleanroom protocols. This includes wearing a bunny suit and appropriate PPE as required. Use hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble products using detailed documented procedures.Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.Perform visual checks of product to assure quality.Identify and correct non-conforming parts following documented procedures.Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products. Ability to work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals.Must have strong problem solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility.Must have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email)Good written and verbal communication skillsAbility to read drawings/blueprints/work instructions.Must be able to clearly read and write in English.

Qualifications:

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of prior manufacturing related experience.
