Temp-to-Hire position$16.50 to $18.50 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)Assemble precision components and products according to detailed work instructions and quality standards.Operate basic hand and power tools safely to complete assigned production tasks.Inspect parts for accuracy, defects, and proper fit throughout the assembly process. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.Assembly Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required.Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and safety procedures.Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in a fast-paced production setting.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
