The purpose of this role is to maintain the on-time production of the engine assembly with a primary focus on quality, safety, and organization of workstations.

To provide a quality product safely to our customers in a timely manner.

ORGANIZATIONAL POSITION

 

This position directly reports to the Assembly Supervisor. You will also work in collaboration with the Quality/Trainer to ensure 100% safety and quality compliance.

 

EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRMENTS

 

High school diploma or equivalent.

 

 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

Responsibilities:

Read and follow instructions and established procedures. Collect all materials and tools needed to complete the procedure. Use precision tools to measure and assist in the assembly of the engine using both power and manual tools. Recognize the correct orientation of complex components. Ensure that all engine fasteners are tightened and torque to the correct value. Maintain tools and equipment in good condition. Keep records of production measurements, quantities, and time. Report issues, malfunction, or defective components. Maintain a “Tour Ready” work environment. Other duties as assigned.
