We are on the lookout for passionate, hard-working team players to join our dynamic production team. As an Assembly Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in our fast-paced, high-variability art manufacturing process, contributing to the precision and quality that define Four Hands Art Studio.
In This Role\nAssemble artwork with precision, adhering to order specifications and quality standards\nConduct thorough inspections of artwork components to ensure quality and identify and address any defects\nWork collaboratively to achieve collective production goals\nCommunicate effectively to ensure a smooth workflow and address challenges\nAbide by company safety protocols and promptly report any safety concerns or incidents\nMaintain clean an organized work area and equipment\nConfirm artwork components match order specifications, communicating any errors to floor leadership\nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team \nOther duties as assigned by Management\n
The Ideal Person\nHigh School diploma or GED equivalency required\nManufacturing or assembly line experience preferred\nExperience using hand and power tools and equipment\nStrong attention to detail to ensure the quality of our products \nAbility to work through continuous walking, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, pulling and reaching in a production environment 8 - 10 hours per day\nFlexibility to work overtime as needed to meet production demands\nTeam-oriented with excellent communication skills\n
