Assembly Equipment Technician
Adecco is assisting a local client for a skilled **Electro-Mechanic Assembly Technician** with a strong foundation in both mechanical and electrical disciplines to perform the following responsibilities: • Interpret and work from wiring, electrical, and mechanical diagrams, equipment drawings, and work instructions to organize, construct, build, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems utilized in the Inovoject System and other devices during the assembly process. • Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electro-mechanical and pneumatic devices used in the Inovoject system, effectively addressing any problems encountered. • Assist in the preparation and updating of detailed records, documenting the build process. Organize and maintain a system for efficient filing and updating of these records. • Participate in parts rebuilds as necessary. • Acquire and apply techniques for assembling new technologies and prototypes, as instructed by the engineering team. • Collaborate closely with the engineering team to document necessary equipment modifications and contribute ideas for enhancing overall functionality and quality of operations between engineering and manufacturing. • Engage in the advanced assembly and testing of new technologies and prototypes in conjunction with the engineering team. • Manage and maintain personal tool inventory and shop floor hardware. • Keep the shop floor workspace organized and clean and collaborate with the Manager of Manufacturing to identify and implement improvements in workflow and final assembly procedures, aiming to reduce build time and costs. • Work in tandem with the Quality Control Specialist to address and resolve device repairs. • Assist the manufacturing and logistics team in preparing devices for shipment. In addition, the candidate must possess the physical ability to safely lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs. as needed. This capability is essential for handling various equipment and materials used in the assembly process. This role requires a candidate who is detail-oriented, capable of multi-tasking, and possesses strong problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to tasks, ensuring a high standard of quality in all aspects of their work. This is a 1st shift Monday- Friday from 8:00am- 5:00 pm paying $18.00- $30.00 an hour **DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE!!** We pay on a weekly basis and also provide benefits.
