Temp-to-Hire position$24.00 to $30.00 /hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:00pm)Train & coach the mechanical assembly team to meet production goals.Assemble, install, maintain, and repair equipment for modular units.Read blueprints, install wiring, pipe, conduit, gauges and other equipmentResolve production issues and suggest solutions and improvementsTest to ensure the quality of all finished goods.Assembly Line Lead Qualifications:
10+ years of manufacturing experience with a mechanical assembly background is requiredHS Diploma or equivalent is requiredCertifications or degrees in Industrial maintenance, manufacturing, electrical or welding are helpfulExperience with Lean & Six Sigma, demand planning, production workflow, production testing & assembly is strongly preferredProficient in using computer-based programs- SAP preferredAbility to read & interpret drawings & electrical schematics.Must be able to use precision measurement tools, tape measure, and OD Mics.A valid driver's license is required for this positionApplicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
