Your role and responsibilities

The Assembly location assistant is responsible for supporting the organization, storage, and management of materials and spare parts within a warehouse. This role involves keeping the inventory up to date and managing the documentation related to spare parts, ensuring that all product movements are properly recorded.Main Responsibilities:1.\tConduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate and within the specified limits.2.\tManage and maintain documentation for spare parts, such as records of receipts, shipments, and orders, ensuring proper organization and filing.3.\tReview and organize storage of products and spare parts, ensuring they are in good condition and properly labeled.4.\tControl the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring that orders are pro-cessed efficiently and on time.5.\tCollaborate with other departments to ensure that inventory and spare part needs are properly managed, helping to facilitate daily operations.

Qualifications for the role

\tKnowledge of Inventory Management: \tEducational Background in logistics : \tFamiliarity with Documentation and Record Keeping: \texperience working with Excel and SAP\tFluent English \tAt least 1 year of experience in related roles
