Job Description The Assembly Mechanic III is responsible for producing prototypes and the organizations most complex components. They serve as the Subject Matter Expert and primary personnel to establish manufacturing process post First Article or Prototype. Train other assembly mechanics. Responsible for Bonding and Fabrication of Complex furniture. Provide input into business decisions operational or sourcing. Drive continuous improvement activity within the work center and identify new equipment to improve operational efficiency. Support development of work center operating standards in alignment to company and regulatory requirements. Skills and Requirements Required Experience: * Proficiency with Hand and Power Tools: Demonstrated experience and ability to use various hand tools and power tools effectively. * Electrical and Structural Experience: Experience working in both electrical and structural environments, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. * Technical Drawings and Engineering Sketches: Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering sketches accurately. * Aerospace Assembly Experience: Previous experience in assembly. within an aerospace environment, following industry-specific protocols and procedures would be a plus * Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with the ability to work precisely in a standard machine shop environment, ensuring all components meet stringent quality requirements. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
