**DESCRIPTION**
_Working Monday to Friday – 7am to 3pm_
_This role is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract with the potential to get an extension based on performance and business needs._

+ Working on various prototype stages using hands tools, drawings, online documentation
+ Ability to work effectively with a team as well as independently.

+ Willingness to learn and support other functions.
+ Basic understanding of the electrical equipment and battery assembly
+ Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet production goals.
+ Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams
+ Ability to follow and apply engineering concepts and mechanical processes during battery assembly.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**To be successful in this role you will need the following:**
+ Previous experience in mechanical and electrical assembly, hand & power tools.
+ Communicates effectively with the assigned team, stakeholders, and all support teams.
+ Ability to work effectively with a team as well as independently.
+ Valid UK driving license (as travelling is included).
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education/ Experience:**
+ High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
+ Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
The compensation for this role is aligned with a local bargained or unionized agreement.
