OVERVIEW
The position is to run production on Automated / Manual oriented machines, achieving set line target, awareness on quality, knowledge on troubleshooting minor issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieving the set line Target.
Knowing the automated/ manual machine and machine controls in Assembly
Troubleshooting on the defects and correcting the automated/ manual assembly machine
Setting and changing over on the assembly machine for part number to another part number
Reading drawing and understanding the quality requirements
Knowledge of end product use and safety requirements of the product
Should be knowledgeable on triggering the critical spare parts.
Work with Manufacturing Engineers on process improvements.
Awareness of Quality targets.
5S+1 (Sort, Set, Shine, Shine, Standardize and Sustain) and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree is preferred or at least high school graduate. Less than 1 year of experience in a manufacturing company as Production/ Machine Operator are welcome to apply. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures.
