Join us as a Lead Assembly Operator in our Dover, NH facility.
You will be working within our Carbon filter production area, supporting the supervisors, training employees on all process and carrying out tasks to ensure production is being done efficiently, safely, and processes are being followed

Employees work with assembly cells that have 1 to 3 employees per cell, they use machines that help with the assembly process and packaging the product. This position will be a lead over this area and the extrusion area which consists of operation of extrusion machinery.Use decision making abilities to resolve problems and prioritize multiple tasks within the manufacturing processEnsure that employees are following all safety procedures, enforce PPE usage, work processes, and continually train employees on proceduresLead and motivate employees in using lean tools and processesEnforce standard work, quick changeover practices and maintain smooth production flowWorking with supervisors to support and advocate for lean principles, including Kanban and material flow ideologiesMust have excellent communication and teamwork skills, have an attention for detail, and problem-solving abilitiesPosition hours/shifts (Overtime Available!):
2nd shift: 2:30pm to 10:30pm
Physical Requirements:
Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 25lbs. Closed toe shoes are required on the distribution floor.
