**JOB SUMMARY** Reporting directly to Assembly Process Department Manager is assigned for assembly process technical developments and introduction of advance and more efficient methods, materials and machines to further increase operational efficiency. In charge of improving quality, process yield, cost, elimination of non-value added activities, establish statistical process controls, implementation of process automations and introduction/qualification of new packages for assembly operations. Collaborates with all ATO sites for knowledge sharing, best practice involvement and resolution of common process issues. Co-develop with material suppliers to come up with alternate materials to enhance process yield, quality and increase reliability performance and cost efficient.
