Job Description

We’re looking for an organized and hardworking individual to fill the Assembly/Shipping Associate role. This person will be responsible for assembling motorcycle stands, packaging orders with attention to detail, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various tasks in our busy facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Assembly: Assemble small and large motorcycle stand components with precision.Shipping: Pack, label, and arrange up to 110 orders a day with accuracy and efficiency.Customer Service: Answer customer phone calls with clear communication and excellent phone etiquette. Take orders and input them into the system.General Warehouse Duties: Ensure orders are accurately processed, and assist with general warehouse organization.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.Forklift Operation: Forklift experience is preferred.

Work Experience

Attention to Detail: Accuracy is key to packaging and assembling orders.Technical Knowledge: Some experience with assembly or mechanical tasks is preferred.Customer Service: Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for long hours.Motorcycle Knowledge: Not required but definitely a bonus. Willingness to learn about our products to provide better customer service is a must!
