What You Will Do
Assemble and repair a variety of electronic units using prescribed repair techniques.Identify correct parts, components, wires, and materials needed for assembly and repair.Solder electronic components using industry-standard techniques and tools.Remove suspect and failed components and install new components accurately.Operate assembly machines and ensure proper functioning.Measure, mix, and apply chemicals and adhesives according to safety and operational guidelines.Read and interpret technical data including component maintenance manuals, assembly instructions, and engineering prints.Communicate work status to team members and support staff, ensuring seamless workflow.Document clear and concisely and maintain accurate records.Utilize computer skills and office software applications.2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:30 - 12:00 amTraining Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm for ~60 days.Work Environment
You may occasionally need to provide weekend and holiday support to meet customer needs.In your role, you will be exposed to:Products of various weights and sizesEquipment with moving partsChemicals that may emit fumesTo minimize safety risk to you and product, you must wear static-control and personal protective equipment.Physical Demands
