WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Supervising Daily Operations – Oversee assembly processes, subassemblies, and completed units, ensuring work is completed efficiently and accurately.
• Managing Team Development – Lead recruitment, selection, training, and performance assessments to build a high-performing team.
• Ensuring Production Goals – Drive team performance to meet quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Work Assignments & Resource Allocation – Assign tasks based on skill levels, production needs, and efficiency optimization.
• Employee Engagement & Leadership – Foster a culture of recognition, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Safety & Compliance – Ensure all team members adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience in Aircraft Maintenance &/or Aerospace Manufacturing &/or experience in similar industry (automotive, Space, transportation)
• Experience in Production Operation &/or Manufacturing
• Leadership Experience
Desired Skills:
• Background of 5yrs experience needed for this position.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 yrs experience working within manufacturing environment.
• Thorough knowledge of the manufacturing process.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Superior verbal/written skills and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint). Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
