We are seeking detail-oriented Assemblers/General Laborers to join our manufacturing facility. This position involves assembling components according to standardized procedures while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Work Environment
Climate-controlled manufacturing facility
Exposure to moderate noise levels ... Working around moving machinery
Regular use of PPE including safety glasses, steel-toed boots, and hearing protectionWe are seeking detail-oriented Assemblers/General Laborers to join our manufacturing facility. This position involves assembling components according to standardized procedures while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble parts and components following detailed work instructions and quality specifications
Operate hand tools and basic assembly equipment safely and efficiently
Perform quality checks on completed parts to ensure they meet required standards
Package finished products according to shipping specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S principles
Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Report any quality issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors
Assist with material handling and inventory movements as needed
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Complete required production documentation accurately

Schedule - 2nd Shift 3pm - 11:30pm Monday - Friday
Full-time, 40+ hours per week
May include overtime, weekend, or off-shift work
Typical shifts are 8-12 hours

Responsibilities:

High school diploma or equivalent
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Manual dexterity and ability to work with small parts
Basic math skills for taking measurements and counting parts
Ability to read and follow written work instructions in English
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Physical Requirements
Standing/walking for 8-10 hours per shift
Regular lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials
Frequent bending, twisting, and reaching
Repetitive hand and arm movements
Good near vision for detailed assembly work
