What you’ll do:

This position is responsible for leading a manufacturing team in achieving production schedule, product quality, product cost, and employee safety goals. The role coordinates with all functional and service groups to meet customer requirements, drives performance to achieve or exceed financial plans and strategic goals and motivates personnel to create high performance culture. 

Coordinates all manufacturing team personnel thorough supervisors to ensure the completion of customer requirements, taking into account quality, OTD and SFRAssesses performance indicators, and takes appropriate actions, to ensure all metrics are met, including cost, quality goals and on time deliveryEnsures required documentation and/or system transactions are executed to meet customer, manufacturing system, and financial reporting requirementsAssures policies, procedures, and other documentation are followed to ensure consistent and compliant manufactured productProvides leadership and commitment in support of continuing improvements in quality, productivity, delivery performance and cost out opportunitiesLiaises with other team leaders, key individuals and local leadership team to ensure departmental and business goals are achievedAssures that Environmental, Health, and Safety issues are addressed considering local regulations, Eaton policy, and good corporate citizenshipEvaluates operational performance of the team in order to facilitate performance management, merit promotions, job transfers, dismissals, commendations, etc.Contributes towards strategic initiatives, preparation of revenue budgets and promote areas for improvement i.e. capital investment through to timely completionCoordinates and assists with manufacturing initiatives, participating on cross-functional teams in order to drive best practices across the plantSupports the deployment of Lean manufacturing principles throughout the siteQualifications:

Bachelor degree (desired, but not essential)
