Job Description

As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling metal products partially or completely, working at a bench or on the shop floor. You will be putting together a new product line for cloud cooling systems, which are 6-14 feet tall and enclose all the wiring and fans to cool cloud systems for various companies. The role involves handling 7 types of cooling units. You should be able to use hand tools, measuring tape, take verbal instructions, and read work instructions.

We offer optional overtime and room for growth. This is a first shift position with competitive pay and benefits. Once permanent, pay increases to $17-$18 per hour. We provide a 401k match up to 5%, with benefits kicking in on the first of the month after 60 days of hire. Our health benefits plan is comprehensive.

Work Environment

Our manufacturing and assembly shop is very clean but not climate-controlled. Hand tools such as wrenches, rivet guns, torque tools, mallets, drills, and table saws are used daily. Required PPE includes steel-toed shoes, eye protection (provided if needed), long pants, and a T-shirt. The shift is Monday through Thursday from 6am to 4:30pm, with optional overtime on Friday and Saturday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00
